Summerville Ebenezer 5K & 10K and Bike Ride

Start Time: 8:00 am
Description: All proceeds to benefit Children's Education Fund.
"to cure disesse... we must build the right minds." There will be a 10K run, a 5K run, and 5K walk, choose one. All runners start together and finish separately. All walkers will finish separately. All will celebrate together. There will be Kids Fun Run after the 10K is over.
Please mail in your form before Sept. 30
Course: Challenging but midld scenic course within Ft Washington Park. USATF Certified Course with split times at each mile mark, and 3 water points located along the route.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the top three (3) male / female finishers in the following categories: 19 and under, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 and over
