Marathon
Race is conducted on a USATF-certified course consisting of three
scenic loops with rolling hills. This race may be run as a Boston
Marathon qualifier.
No Headphones Allowed: In compliance with long-standing policy of the Road Runners Club of America, headphones are not permitted to be worn during this or any other DCRRC-sponsored race. Race officials will instruct those violating this policy to remove their headphones. Non-compliance with this policy will lead to disqualification.
Marathon Relay
Race is run at the same time and on the same course as the marathon. The relay exchange is at the USDA Visitor Center. The relay team consists of three people in one of the five categories:
COED (Three runners any age. Relay team must have at least one female runner)
Open Men (Three male runners any age)
Open Women (Three female runners any age)
Masters Men (Three male runners at least 40 years old)
Masters Women (Three female runners at least 40 years old)
The first relay runner will run approximately 9.7 miles, the second will run
approximately 7.3 miles, and and the final runner will complete approximately

Packet Pickup and Late Registration will be on Saturday, February 16th from 5 to 8 pm at the Greenbelt
Holiday Inn, 7200 Hanover Dr. and on race day at the Greenbelt
Youth Center from 8:30 to 10 am. See the Area

Male and Female Age Group awards - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Long Sleeve T-Shirts for all entrants.
Medals to all Marathon finishers.
AFTER THE RACE
A hot meal will be served in the Youth Center after the race.
