Because oconstruction around the Jefferson Memorial, we modified the
3K course to finish at the east gate othe parking lot. Unfortunately,
several othe lead runners mistakenly took a longer route, and consequently,
some lost a few places in the final results.
The times reported below represent the actual times when runners crossed
the finish line.
