Celebrate the summer racing season on a fast out-and-back race on the Mount Vernon Trail.

Amenities: T-shirts for all registrants. Food and refreshments following the race.

Packet Pickupand Late Registration:
You may pick up your race packet  at Pacers, 1301 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, (703) 836-1463 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 5, 2006 or on race day at Belle Haven from 7:00 AM to 8;00 AM.

Directions: From Washington, take the George Wasgington Parkway south through Old Town Alexandria (it becomes Washington Street) Take the first left south of Alexandria into Belle Haven Marina. There is a gas station on the right just before you arrive.
