8:00 am — 10k Run (6.2 miles)
8:30 am — 5k Walk/Run (3.1 miles)

Entry Fees

$18 if postmarked by September 5 (Confirmation will be sent if received by September 4)
$18 online plus processing fee (Entry deadline is September 5 at 12 noon.)
$18 In person at Lady Footlocker (see Registration and Packet Pickup for locations.)
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

Course

 The course is an out and back loop through historic Locust Point and past Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor. The start and finish lines will be at Rash Field location. No headphones, baby joggers, skates, bicycles or pets allowed on the course.

Directions & Parking

The event will be held at Rash Field on the South side of Harborplace, next to the Maryland Science Center on Key Highway. From the South: I-95 to I-395, past Oriole Park at Camden Yards, to Pratt Street. Turn right, go three (3) blocks to Light Street. Turn right onto Light Street and go 4/10th of a mile to Key Highway, turn left. Rash Field is on your left. NOTE: You must look for public parking before reaching Key Highway. From the North: I-83 South to Lombard Street, turn right and follow six blocks to Light Street. Turn left and see directions above.

Registration & Packet Pickup

Lady Foot Locker, The Mall in Columbia: Friday, September 8, noon - 7 pm
Lady Foot Locker, Towson Town Center: Saturday, September 9, noon - 7 pm
Race Day: Packet pickup opens at 7 am at Rash Field, Inner Harbor

Amenities

All entrants receive a t-shirt, Avon product and refreshments. Medal and results postcard to each finisher.

Awards

10k Awards

  • First overall, first Master and first Avon Representative win a trip to the Avon Running National Championship in Phoenix.
  • Prize Money: Top 3 overall: $500, $250, $150; top Master: $100
  • Overall: Top 10 Overall.
  • Master: Top 3 Masters. A Master who places in the top 3 overall wins that prize money and the Master trip to the National Championship. The second place Master then receives the top Master Prize money.
  • Avon Representative: Top 3 Avon Representatives
  • Age Group: Top 3 finishers in each 10k age division: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over.
  • Mother/Daughter Team: Top 3 based on combined times.
  • Wheelchair: Top finisher.
  • Open Team: Top 3 teams based on best 3 times (teams of 3-5 women). Ties broken by the first finisher's place.

5k Awards

  • Top 3 overall.

Raffle: All Mother/Daughter teams in the 10k and 5k are eligible for a raffle. Must be present at awards to win.
Results

Results will be posted on this site. A results postcard will also be mailed to each finisher.
