Three races tripled the fun on the third of July, Jon Palks's 60th birthday. Marcus Holmes won the 3K, Suzanna Sullivan won the 6K, and Karsten Brown won the 10K.
Bill Stahr celebrated his 39th 10K of the year.
Dan and Julie Clark of Clark Health Zone provided refreshments, and Peter Blank brought a birthday cake for Jon.
