  • Tidal Basin Run, a partner of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, hosted its sixth Presidential Fitness Runs of 2011, a workout on Labor Day, September 5.
  • Cathy D. Ross flagged an overall win in the mile, ahead of Peter Blank.
  • Ted Poulos added another win to his life list in the 3K.
  • John Way recoved nicely from the previous night's 15K to lead the 5K.
  • Italian Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Edi Turco celebrated his promotion by winning the 10K.
