  • Noah Wood doubled in the 1500m and 3000m, and Karsten Brown outkicked Chad Merrill in the 5000m. Cindy Cohen held off Paige Poulos in the 1500m and triumphed in the 3000m. Rebecca Hirselj led the women in the 5000m.
  • Jeanette Novak brought yummy candies, and Jay Jacob Wind brought Honest Sport drink for all to share.
