Ted Poulos returned to the winner's circle in the 3000m

Lauren Becker, also new, won the women's 1500m

Cindy Cohen led the 3000m, and

Roxanne Sismandis won the 5000m

Start and finish at Madison Community Center, 3829 North Stafford Street, Arlington VA. Registration opens at 2:00 PM
