Before the races, Terry McLaughlin biked and marked courses of one mile and two miles.

The 5K turnaround was already marked.

Terry McLaughlin turned right around and won the one-mile race and the 5K, with Cindy Cohen first among women in the one-mile and two-miler.

Ted Poulos led the two-mile.
